We are a community hub in the heart of Ramsgate, Thanet.

Thanet is Kent's most deprived area, we offer free and subsidised professional support to all families during the perinatal period, with a focus on marginalised groups.

Riding the waves together is our ethos.

Coming as you are, but together as a community.

We honour and respect everyone as an individual but want to bring the village back together.

As a community interest company (CIC) we reinvest back into our hub so we can offer many vital resources for free or at a low cost to families.

We cost our sessions and offerings with a sliding scale, this is without conditions so please pick what feels right for your family at the moment.

The sliding scale allows parents to access our offerings throughout the month and year and you can choose with the ebb and flow life can bring as a parent.

We have three tiers:

Wholehearted: support us to support others with a pay it forward ethos- we are committed to supporting parents. This supports our ebb and flow tier.

Riding the Waves: the regular price to cover the running of the session.

Ebb and Flow: funded places at no cost- open to all, no questions asked and self directed.

Our local East Kent Maternity Trust has been in a crisis for sometime. The mental and physical well being of families is being impacted by this daily, with no consideration for the impact on the community.

We are your one stop hub for support, education and connection.

We provide inclusive offerings to our community with an individualised, holistic and continuity of care pathway. Holistic is treating a person as a whole, supporting their matrscence and patrescence lifelong journey.

Our physical and mental health are intertwined and we believe in supporting with all aspects would have a ripple affect on other areas of family life.

We are a team of highly experienced and skilled perinatal workers who want to make a difference to parents and their families in the community.
